Mark got his career started pulling pints at the local pub in his native England. From there he moved on to the Greek islands, building a career that included working the beach bar scene and serving at exclusive VIP events and in five-star restaurants. Mark’s thorough knowledge of the food and beverage industry served him well in his next career phase — six years in the Cayman Islands, working in media sales. There, he built a wide network of contacts and friends in the many restaurants and bars for which the Caymans are famous.

Bringing his talents to Calgary, Mark has continued to connect people, find solutions and get results. His love of the food and beverage industry has only grown.
